📘 MNM STUDIO LLC — Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MNM STUDIO LLC (“MNM STUDIO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, mobile applications, and services (the “Services”), including any MNM STUDIO mobile app (the “App”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be 13+ or the legal age of majority.
  
  

• Provide accurate account information and keep it updated.
  
  

• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
  
  

2. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.

3. Relationship to App Stores

If you download the App via Apple or Google, their store terms also apply. MNM STUDIO alone is responsible for the App and its content.

4. License & Intellectual Property

• MNM STUDIO grants a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.
  
  

• All IP rights belong to MNM STUDIO or its licensors.
  
  

• Feedback you provide may be used freely without compensation.
  
  

5. User Content

• You retain ownership of your content.
  
  

• You grant MNM STUDIO a license to process, store, and display it to operate the Services.
  
  

• You confirm you own the rights and your content does not violate any laws.
  
  

5A. Usage Data and Behavioral Information

We may collect and analyze usage data such as:

• Task titles, timers, durations, lists, and categories;
  
  

• Frequency, patterns, and performance metrics.
  Purpose: to operate, improve, and personalize the App.
  Data is anonymized or aggregated when used for analytics.
  You retain ownership of your raw task data; MNM STUDIO owns anonymized datasets derived from it.
  
  

6. AI-Enabled Features

Some features generate AI content.
AI outputs may contain errors and are not professional advice.
We use de-identified data to train and improve models.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Services.
  
  

• Post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  
  

• Interfere with operations (malware, scraping, automation).
  
  

• Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property.
  
  

8. Paid Services

• Some features require payment; terms are shown at purchase.
  
  

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  
  

• Refunds are only available as required by law or App Store policy.
  
  

9. Third-Party Services

Links or integrations with third-party products are not MNM STUDIO’s responsibility.

10. Modifications

We may modify or discontinue Services at any time.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate use. Sections that survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnities) remain in force.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

13. Limitation of Liability

MNM STUDIO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months or $100 (whichever is greater).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MNM STUDIO and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Export & Sanctions

You may not use or export the Services in violation of applicable laws.

16. Consumer Rights

Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update Terms with notice. Continued use means acceptance.

18. Governing Law

These Terms follow California law.
